This luxury mansion is set in its own oasis of natural beauty in the heart of the Maremma area of Tuscany. It is located just sixteen miles north of Grosseto and a twenty-five minute drive to the beach. Although with the magnificent grounds extending over 2300 acres and a house cook and maid looking after you, it will be hard to tear yourself away from this estate.
This villa represents the utmost in terms of luxury and service: beautifully decorated, with air conditioning in all of its bedrooms, bathrooms that are spacious with both tubs and showers and a very spacious and airy living room that welcomes you with lots of light. The Pool House, located alongside the house, boasts the ultimate in wellbeing and relaxation - a Hamman (Turkish sauna) and cold power showers add to the authentic Mediterranean resort-like atmosphere.
You will be well taken care of by the friendly yet unobtrusive maid and cook. They are responsible for daily cleaning and preparing mouthwatering Italian meals in line with the special needs and preferences of guests. The loveliness of the surrounding Tuscan landscapes is reflected in the villa's interior design – a perfect integration of color, light and sublime beauty.

ACCOMMODATIONS
GROUND FLOOR
French doors from the front garden open onto the spacious living room with fireplace. On the right, there is a TV room with a home theatre system, a convenient guest bathroom and a foyer with stairs that lead to the upper floor. On the left, a study is a spacious dining room with fireplace. The large, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent with pantry, laundry room and bathroom with shower and in the back of the villa is the live in maid's quarters. All rooms at the front and sides of the house have French doors that open out onto the beautiful gardens.
FIRST FLOOR
The stairs wind up to the first floor and the game room with a regulation size pool table. A dramatic loggia overlooks the pool and commands fabulous views of the surrounding fields and countryside. There are two double bedrooms on the left – both with en-suite bathrooms with shower, tub and double basin. To the right of the billiard room, a hallway leads to two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with tub and shower and the other with shower and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the other side of the hallway that share a bathroom with tub and shower.
POOL HOUSE
Located just a few meters from the swimming pool, the pool house has a cozy sheltered area with sofas, chairs and table. On the left there is a small kitchen for preparing drinks and snacks. The pool house contains a Hamman, a middle east version of a sauna and a cold power shower for an invigorating spa like treatment. There is also a guest bathroom for your convenience.
