Villa Angelica is stunning lakefront property located on the northwest shore of Lake Como, with access to the beach. Guests feel at home with a heated swimming pool, a panoramic sun patio and a large private garden directly overlooking the lake promenade and the beach. Finished in 2019, Villa Angela with its spacious interior is the ideal holiday home for large parties. The newly-renovated home consists of two floors with stunning interiors, including antique Lombard cotto tiles, chestnut wood stairs and sound-proof windows. The lakeside prommenade, a pedestrian path, runs along the shore, between the lake and the property. For this reason, privacy outside could be a bit limited (especially during July and August). The promenade is also a very nice opportunity to enjoy the lakeshore on foot. With Villa Angela at your back, walking 2 mintues towards the left side, you can reach a very nice Marina with its cozy cocktail bar. A 5 minutes towards the right side, you can reach the public ferry boat stop and a pair of nice restaurants.
