Located on a small pedestrian street with a bank, pharmacy small trattoria, you are centrally located and within 6 minutes will arrive at the Spanish steps where you have a metro stop, taxi stands and bus stops. Chic shopping at the famous Via Condotti and Cafe Greco are a stroll from your front door.
The building is an ancient one, and the owners had to conform to the existing structure to accommodate the elevator. Hence, when you enter from the street, there is a staicrase with 22 steps that will take you to the first floor where you will take the elevator to the third floor. From here, you enter your apartment door and need to take the wide spiral staircase with 15 steps to the main living areas with kitchen, living and dining area 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Once you walk out onto the terrace you will realize it was worth the effort. Another wide spiral staircase will take you up to the third bedroom with en suite bath and its own small terrace and rooftop views. Even though you are in a highly tourist area, it is surprisingly quiet in the evening and you will find yourself enjoying the 'great outdoors' every chance you get, especially on a late summer night.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Enter off the street to a staircase with 22 steps to the first floor to reach the elevator. Once you reach the top floor, there is another staircase to reach the living area of the apartment. Here you have a large living room with fireplace and a dining table on the other end of the room. A small galley kitchen for quick meals, a separate laundry room with washer / dryer and two bedrooms, the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private terrace with small table and chairs. Also on this floor is a single bedroom with an en suite bath. Another staircase leads you from the living room to the third bedroom, a queen bedroom with en suite bath and its own terrace with panoramic views of the rooftops of Rome.
