Villa Camillia offers more than you would expect in an Italian villa vacation rental. The owners also live on this large property of 20 acres, just 50 meters between Villa Camillia and Lake Maggiore's shoreline. There are plenty of gardens and lush lawns for your own soccer match. The very kind English speaking owners welcome you to use the facilities that include a tennis court, private 6 hole golf course, canoes, bikes, ping pong table, fitness room, sailing dinghy and private dock. On request and for a fee, you can take a ride in the owner's helicopter and vintage boats and he will be happy to pick you up at the airport in his Rolls Royce.
The estate is in a gated community and within a 10 minute walk, you are in a small village that has restaurants, cafés, pastry shop, post office, bank, hairdressers and a supermarket. There is also a bus stop if you don't feel like driving that day.
The villa is in a central location, just 3 miles from Stresa to the North, and 3 miles to Arona on the south.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The villa is on one floor, except for a loft over the dining room. The house is made of three areas, the central area which has a large living room with chairs surrounding a large fireplace on one side and additional seating space on the other side of the room. The doors lead out to a terrace. Beyond the living room is a king bedroom with en suite bath and a hallway that leads to the north wing, composed of a twin bedroom that can be joined into a king bed and the third bedroom with a king bed. All bedrooms are en suite with showers.
On the other side of the living room is the formal dining room with doors out to a covered terrace. Also reached from the living room, is the south wing, here you have the fully equipped kitchen. All of these rooms face towards the lake. On the other side of the kitchen is a hallway that leads to the fourth en suite bedroom.
For an additional charge, the guest house will be opened and accommodates two guests.
