Enter the house through a large French door into the living room with fireplace. The kitchen has a large counter area for preparing your meals and a dining table that can seat eight guests. Next to the kitchen is a study with wireless internet access. On this floor is a single bedroom with en suite bath, a powder room (guest bathroom) and a laundry room.
FIRST FLOOR

On this floor are a double bedroom with a door leading to the garden, a single bedroom and a hall bathroom wth shower. The second double bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

A large private garden with manicured lawns has a large covered terrace for dining alfresco and gazing at the incredible view of Tuscany. A few steps down lead you to the large saltwater swimming pool.
