A majestic outdoor set of steps leads into the house. Once inside, you have unobstructed views from north to south, right through the living and dining rooms. The decor is light and bright, with a combination of old antiques and new furnishings. Beautiful original Tessieri tiles below and Murano chandeliers above. The working fireplace is surrounded by modern Italian furniture along with the family's antiques.
The classical designed kitchen is airy and light, in butter yellow including the painted wood paneling. It's easy to spend time here if you love to cook as it is well equipped for you or the hired professional chef that is available with advance notice.
The rooms connect together by hallways and entrance ways making it an easy comfortable livable home. The dining room can be reached by the living room and kitchen and the library is adjacent to the living room via a large arched entranceway.
The elevator is near the splendid staircase that takes you up to the bedrooms, and down to the spa and indoor swimming pool

Head upstairs to the first floor where you have a lovely sitting room with wood panels framing soft mural wallpaper of a dogwood garden complete with birds. A comfortable sofat and chairs, with antique furniture offers a peaceful retreat any time of the day. Murano chandeliers and scones, colorful tiles, and tasteful antique furniture, Three beautiful suites surround the livingroom, each with their own ensuite marble bathrooms. All windows offer their own magnificent view over the estate's gardens.

Our Villa's top floor consists of three charming bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a common living room. Here, guests find themselves under the original ceilings of wooden beams and terracotta, with terracotta tiles beneath their feet. The overall effect is that of timeless yet rustic luxury.

Your own private spa is located in the basement of the villa, where you can take the elevator or the staircase. The owners added this in 2021, with first-class and modern facilities. These include a sauna, hammam, heated pool with hydromassage jets, and a lounge room with television. Guests also have access to a special area for wellness. Close your eyes, breathe deeply and relax as you enjoy a restorative massage or treat yourself to a beauty and skin care session with a certified specialist. You have free access to the spa to just relax, or we can order spa services with advance notification. The owners offer a wide selection of treatments and massages to choose from, created exclusively for their guests (advance reservation is required).

On this same floor, you will have access to our private wine cellar where you can choose the right wine for every occasion from a wide range of local and national wines, selected by our sommelier.


The villa sits on a 5 acre estate on the edge of a beautiful, sleepy village. The gardens were designed by a famous landscape architect and is divided into several themed gardens, each with their own character contributing to a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

Stroll in the Central Garden to enjoy the sights and smells of a classical Italian garden: several fountains, neatly trimmed hedges mixed in with tall cypresses, all set against an evocative panorama of the Tuscan hills. Scents from the lemon trees that line a water channel are used for the artisnal production of the villas delicious juices, dried fruits and limoncello which you are able to buy. There is a Wedding Garden with romantic white marble gazebo where weddings can be officiated or you can just sit under the shade on a sunny day. There is an Art Garden with an elegant travertine fountain and statures, the vegetable garden is a source of organically grown produce for the estate's kitchens. You can pick kiwis from the 50-meter-long pergola or taste the villas jams and candied fruit. Olive trees on the site produce extra virgin olive oil. All of these items are used by the villa chef. The swimming pool is located 50 meters from the house, on the other side of the Italian Garden and is perfect for sunbathing or a leisurly swim. Chaises and umbrellas accommodate all of you as you relax with a refreshing cool drink.
