The ancestors of the current owners can be traced back to this land to the early 1400's and continue to grow many varieties of oranges. The vast orange groves surrounding the Villa presenti unmatched charm and ambiance. Set within its own private parkland, you feel thousands of miles from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet only 15 minutes to a village of 17,000 where you will find all types of shops, restaurants and gelato stands. Life here is a page torn from the Sicilian lifestyle. Your senses will be magnified: lush gardens, textured palm trees from around the world, the scents of orange, mandarin, clementines, lemons, mixed with lavender, rosemary and heirloom roses. Beautiful vistas of pastures, hillsides, citrus groves among the backdrop of the infamous Mount Etna whose red lava can been seen at times streaming down the mountainside.
While you can spend all your time in your private park, there are trails and walking paths outside of the villa setting. Walk among the wild flowering hills or take the oleander and pine tree walk that meanders around the countryside. Depending on the season, you will find wild asparagus, artichokes, spinach and broccoli growing freely in open pastures. You are also welcome to the abundant varieties of oranges, tangerines and mandarins that hang heavy on the trees around your villa.
While at the villa, it is possible to join in on the daily activities. Press olives, prune roses, harvest citrus fruits or pick fresh tomatoes off the vine; all educational and fun ways to experience Sicilian tradition. The owner is also happy to open doors to some of the most wonderful private historic palaces for elegant private dinner parties.

THE ORANGERY
Take a short walk from the Manor House, through the garden to what once grew oranges now is a cozy greenhouse living and dining area. Full of sun with southern exposure, the lava fireplace makes it magical in long autumn winters. An ideal place to gather as a group or family, this spacious and comfortable living area is perfect for long conversations, reading or simply enjoying the scenery from the large greenhouse windows. Enjoy a multitude of board games, Satellite TV and Stereo with iPad/iPhone connections. A large film library of world classic films and a fully stocked bar is available for your use during your stay.
Adjacent to the living area is the large dining room where you can enjoy intimate meals or also hold an event for up to 60 guests, while still maintaining a tranquil and intimate atmosphere.
Upstairs, filled with light from the windows on all four sides, you have breathtaking views of Mount Etna and the Nebrodi Mountains, with valleys and orchards in between.
Beyond the orangery is the professionally equipped kitchen where your villa cook prepares your breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week.

THE GARDENS AND PARK
The gardens are a jewel in the crown of Villa Aranceti. Painstakingly designed by a world famous Sicilian landscape architect and maintained by an English "Master Gardener" is a place of peace and tranquility, harmony with spirit and earth. Sitting in the garden, surrounded by the scents and beautify of flowering plants, such as continuously blooming heirloom roses, or enjoy the dessert, aromatic and Mediterranean gardens. Find the shade of a palm tree near the infinity pool, or relax on sunbeds or when the sun shines its highest in July and August, find relief under the large umbrellas or the air conditioned terrace of the Orangery.
A Finnish sauna is housed in its own building set among mandarin orange trees. The dressing room and sauna can accommodate six guests. After your sauna cool off under the outside shower. The tennis court is also nestled within an orange grove. Lighting allows you to play on this synthetic grass and sand court anytime of the day or night.
