Set among three acres of beautiful gardens that include a fruit orchard, olive grove and cypress trees, you have a picturesque view of the valley below. The sounds of birds may be all you hear, as the scent of jasmine mingles with evergreen. It is hard to believe you are just 15 minutes from beautiful towns and villages.
Rosella, your English speaking housekeeper is also a fantastic cook. She can prepare a simple dinner to be waiting for you to heat up when you get back from a day of sightseeing, or create a memorable 5 course dinner paired with local wines and waiter served. Perhaps you are in the mood for a cooking lesson, before you sit down to eat lunch or dinner. Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed.

First floor can be reached by the internal staircase or by a short ramp on the side of the house, and a short walk on lawn to the back of the house, one and a half steps to reach the entrance
Well-equipped kitchen with small marble top table is ideal for prepping and having a snack, doors open directly to the bridge to the outdoor covered dining area, pergola.
Study with computer and printer, bookcases with a large range of books on Florence, Tuscany, and Italy, TV with American DVD and a CD player

GARDENS
Steps from the kitchen you will find a spacious terrace with a dining table and chaise lounges. Read a book on one of the two hammocks under the shade of pine trees or sit out on the terrace with a glass of wine as you look over a gentrified landscape dotted with forests, farmhouses and villas.
The property is surrounded by an olive grove and a small orchard from which the owners encourage you to pick from whatever fruit is in season.
The swimming pool and heated jacuzzi can be reached via the staircase or for those with walking difficulties by walking along the driveway from the house onto a grassy area that gently slopes down to the pool and pergola. This area is illuminated in the evenings and can be seen from the villa, making it even more magical than can be imagined.
Beautiful pergola covered with climbing jasmine has a dining table, wood-burning fireplace, and sink with running water.

Bedroom 1 (Leonardo Master Suite): Entered on the ground floor, two-level suite with hardwood floors, a custom made king size bed, CD player and radio controlled by remote, remote-controlled AC, built-in wood closets and shelves, which lead to the en-suite bathroom. This luxurious bathroom has a double sink, bath, and shower with a built-in marble seat and rainfall shower.
Bedroom 2 (Galileo): The ground floor spacious room can be entered from the hallway or terrace. This room has an elegant antique armoire with a mirror and a small dresser with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room includes extensive closets outside of the room for clothes, two twin beds that can be converted to a king, remote-controlled AC and a ceiling fan
