L'elefante is a contemporary villa located on the Tyrrhenian coast, right around Donoratico. The Villa is walking distance from the beach and just a 15 minute drive to the medieval town of Bolgheri. It is also about an hour away from famous Italian cities Livorno and Pisa. This property is found on a vast agricultural and hunting estate which extends for hundreds of hectares, making this spacious and isolated Villa very calm and relaxing. On this estate guests will often see deer, rabbits, wild boar, pheasants, and other animals.
The house has screens on each of the windows. Also, the house has a veranda for outdoor dining and relaxation. This Villa also has a full time staff consisting of a housekeeper, a gardener, and an expert cook (extra).

ACCOMMODATIONS

WEST WING
The ground floor of the west wing is composed of a spacious living area, a dining room and a kitchen. An internal staircase will take you upstairs. Once on the second floor, guests will see a double bedroom to the left with en suite bathroom and tub. To the right is a children's bedroom with bunk beds and en suite bathroom with tub. Furthermore, another double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower is upstairs.

EAST WING
The ground floor of the east wing contains a living area with a vast ceiling and a central fireplace. To the right of the living room is the main dining room which can seat up to 16 people. The dining room leads to a smaller breakfast room which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen. Next t the entrance is a closet, a bathroom and a laundry room. Also on the first floor is a TV room, which is connected to a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The second floor can be accessed from the staircase in the living room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, which are convertible into double. Each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with tub and shower.
