GROUND FLOOR
Walking through either of the twin entry halls will lead you to the main living room; this spacious living room has a stone fireplace and doors that open to the back terrace. To the right of the entry hall is the library/reading room. To the left of the entry hall you will find a sitting room with a flat-screen TV. Once in the living room, to the right, you will find an intimate kitchen entitled the Red Kitchen. The elevator and guest bathrooms are to the left of the living room.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Going down the steps of the back terrace brings you to the entrance of the large dining room. Straight ahead is the large commercial kitchen, entitled the White Kitchen. The White Kitchen leads to a wine cellar and loops back into the dining room. To the left and right of the dining room are several service rooms and a laundry room. Finally, next to the laundry room is the elevator.

FIRST FLOOR
If you take the elevator to the 1st floor, you will first see a long hallway throughout the building. All of the rooms on this floor are bedrooms. To the left of the hallway is the Salvia room and the Peperoncino room. Both rooms accommodate two people and contain their bathrooms. The Lavanda, Menta, and Timo rooms are on the right side of the hallway. All of these rooms also have en suite bathrooms

SECOND FLOOR
The 2nd floor can only be reached by the staircase on the first floor. You can go left or right once you reach the top of the staircase. Both doors lead to the suites.
GARDENS
The villa is surrounded by mature trees, creating a very private refuge for its guests. A wonderful gazebo is situated off the ground floor kitchen, and it is elegantly furnished for lounging and al fresco eating. The landscaped grounds include a private solar heated swimming pool, a private tennis court, a putting green and several trails for walking in the woods. The villa offers also a pool house featuring changing rooms with showers, gym, mini kitchenette and sauna for up to 3 people.
