It has its own private boat dock should you choose to rent a boat, or hail a water taxi. Just under 5 miles from the town of Como and within walking distance to the bus stop and ferry pier where it will be easy to visit such well know towns as Menaggio, Bellagio and Tremezzo. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance and an 18 hole golf course is under 2 miles.
The villa is tastefully decorated yet comfortable and relaxed. The terrace is furnished for lounging and relaxing with panoramic views over the lake and mountains. Walk down to the lake for swimming or to reach your private dock.

SECOND FLOOR
Enter the villa from the second floor into a spacious living room with French doors leading out to a terrace with lake and mountain views. From this living room you enter into another small sitting room with a plasma TV. A billiard table sits in the middle of the next room and opens out to a furnished terrace.

GARDEN LEVEL sleeps 2
A well equipped kitchen is next to the dining room with working fireplace, lake views and walk out to the garden. One double bedroom and a hall bathroom. The fitness/game room has a sauna and shower.

THIRD FLOOR sleeps 6
The master bedroom has a small separate dressing room and doors leading out to the terrace with a view of the lake. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with tub. A double bedroom and a twin bedroom share the hall bathroom with tub.

THE GARDENS
The spacious garden has a large terrace, BBQ, ping pong table and private dock for your boat rental or water taxi.
