There is much to do in this area, midway between Stresa and Arona. Offering a variety of sights and activities, it is perfect for guests who want to relax and also take advantage of the opportunity for interesting excursions. Hike in the Valle Grande or play golf on two excellent courses, both within a fifteen minute drive. Spend the day in Milan - the train takes only an hour and take another day to tour the Borromean Islands, named for the family that has owned them since the 12th century. Isola Madre is home of the Orto Botanico, with magnificent flora and exotic birds and Isola dei Pescatori has an ancient fishing village with narrow streets and wonderful restaurants. Be sure to stop on Isola Bella, the largest and tour the Palazzo Borromeo, where Napoleon and Josephine once slept.
Mountains, lakeshore villages, markets, and spas are all around for your exploration and you can also drive to nearby Switzerland for some exquisite chocolates. Sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing are also available and a tennis court is only 100 meters from the house. Sebastiano is within walking distance of a village with grocery stores, shops, a post office and many restaurants and cafés. On the days you decide to stay poolside, you can walk into town for your morning coffee and return in the evening for dinner!

Living room with fireplace, a dining room with a table seating ten and another living room with French doors that open to the patio overlooking a garden of flowers and trees. The spacious eat-in kitchen is also on this floor.

First Floor
On either side of the hallway are two suites, offering privacy for friends traveling together or families with children. Each suite has a double bedroom with a balcony, a double/twin bedroom and a bathroom. One bathroom has a tub and the other has a shower. There is also a single bedroom on this floor.

Outside is a lovely garden with furniture for relaxing and enjoying the view. The patio has a BBQ and table and chairs for al fresco dining. The large pool is lakeside and the poolhouse has two additional bathrooms and a sauna.
