Drive through the large gates and park your car, then a walk up a short flight of steps leads you into the large flower garden that goes all the way down to a large terrace that surrounds the upper part of the villa. Located here is the kitchen and outside dining room.
The other side of the terrace juts out over the sea, like the prow of a ship, with some of the most breathtaking views of the promontory of Praiano. Take the steps down to the terrace below to the private sea-water swimming pool. The deck around the pool hangs over the sea, and a private path, a stone staircase leads you down to the sea.
This villa is elegant and natural, with little niches to sit and contemplate both inside and outside the house. lots of windows and light, and sea views from many windows.

the next floor up, enters into a very large and spacious open living room with an antique Vietri ceramic floor, this floor is open concept, with large archways leading to another seating area on one side, while another archway separates a small wood table and chairs ideal for playing cards. The living room takes up the entire floor but is filled with little niches, some with natural stone and or local ties. The room is lined with beautiful French doors that lead out to another side of the terrace with panoramic views of the sea. This room has a satellite TV and a cozy fireplace.
SECOND FLOOR:
A stunning grand staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor with 8 air conditioned double bedrooms all with en suite baths.
