The house itself has recently been restored to the highest standards while retaining its traditional Tuscan character. Beautiful terracotta tiled floors and exposed beams adorn every room, and several of the downstairs living rooms have frescoed walls. As well as a large lounge and satellite television, the first floor of the property boasts a formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two guest bathrooms and a beautiful internal conservatory where breakfast may be enjoyed. With ensuite facilities in every bedroom, this villa offers the best of modern comforts and convenience in an elegant yet rustic setting.

A master king bedroom suite and 2 king/twin bedrooms, all with their own lovely and spacious en suite baths.
Outside Area:
The large swimming pool is illuminated in the evenings giving off a beautiful glow. Tables and chairs for alfresco dining extend the living space to the gardens, making it a perfect gathering on a soft summer night.
