The original limonaia with stone floor and large glass windows and doors is now one of three living areas that will be a favorite place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee, or wind down at the end of the day with a glass of local wine. Comfortable wicker sofas and chairs and a modern fireplace at the other end of the room. Wood floors run through the rest of the villa, that includes a beautiful kitchen leading into the dining room or out to the terrace, a TV room and Billiard room will keep the teenagers occupied on nights you stay in. The staircase leads up to a spacious second living room with writing desk, chairs centered around the traditional fireplace, comfortable sofas and a bank of cabinets to hold all your guide books, reading material, maps and other necessities for your stay. Off of the living room you have four bedrooms, all en suite and all baths with travertine marble floors. Expansive views of vineyards, olive groves and Chianti hill towns fill every window.
Just 10 meters from the villa, across the terrace and lawns is a cozy two bedroom cottage with cozy downstairs living area that includes a small but very functional kitchen, dining table and small sofa. Stairs lead up to the two bedrooms, one a twin and the other a queen and a shared bathroom with shower
Your private spa holds a dry sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi as well as small gym. 33 meters from the villa, reached by a long stone staircase you come to the heated swimming pool with chaises and umbrellas and some of the most breathtaking views.
