There is plenty of privacy and views, and communal areas for everyone to gather together.
Your private heated swimming pool is graded with a 'beach access' entrance, and an attached Jacuzzi seating 8 looks over the 11th century castle in the distance and the championship golf course.
The villa and pool are set among manicured lawns, terraces with table and chairs for dining and relaxing outside with incredible views.
The villa consists of the Main villa, with six bedrooms, a two bedroom villa that is attached but with separate entrance and a pool house with a king bedroom suite. All of the three living spaces are well appointed, with soft muted colors, beautiful tile floors and chestnut beamed ceilings. Lots of light and airy feeling throughout the entire villa, relaxing and comfortable sofas and chairs in the living rooms. The Main villa has an entrance into the foyer with a staircase that goes up to three bedrooms on the first floor. To the left of the foyer is a living room that leads to the other side of the villa with an open living / dining room and open kitchen that runs along the length of the villa. Here a second staircase leads up to the other three bedrooms on the first floor.
The second living area of this building is a ground floor two bedroom apartment. While attached to the Main villa, the apartment is completely separate, with its own entrance and terrace. Here you have a living room, eat in kitchen and two double bedrooms
The Pool House, just 13 meters from the 2 bedroom apartment's door is a one room King bedroom with tub in the corner of the room and a separate guest bathroom.
There is a lot to do on and off the estate: your concierge can arrange yoga and Pilate classes, spend the morning fishing or hiking on the many nearby trails, or have a massage right at the villa.You don't need to be a golfer to enjoy the small putting green in your backyard, but if you are you will enjoy the 2 minute walk or golf cart ride to the 18 hole golf course.
