Enjoy a few hours of peace and tranquility with a guided fishing excursion to one of the estate's many lakes and rivers, again set among the most breathtaking backdrop nature can offer.
The estate's country trattoria is open daily for lunch and dinner and just an 8 minute drive from Vila Tania. Dine inside or on the outside terrace on the estates fresh ingredients or enjoy a pizza from an original 13th century wood burning oven, where villagers 600 years ago baked their bread.
This area is also a quiet reprieve for many celebrities, a place to relax and rejuvenate away from the crowds and tourists and enjoy authentic Italian life.
Villa Tania's decor is in light earth tones with a chic rustic decor that is soothing and peaceful. The owners carefully restored the villa with much thought, original medieval wood doors and ceiling beams remain and blend with the modern conveniences - fully air conditioned, it has wi-fi throughout the house and gardens, heated swimming pools and professionally equipped kitchen.
The staff is attentive and discreet, Daily housekeeping is included but you can opt in for breakfast hamper of fresh made local pastries, fruit in season, pancetta and eggs all prepared by your very on butler.
Easy day trips include St Francis's Assisi, the 1 AD Roman theater in Gubbio, a visit to the Etruscan museum in Cortona before returning home to a villa chef preparing dinner pool side on the terrace.
