This lake area is a wonderful place for all types of guests: families, groups of friends, and romantic getaways. During the high season, ferry boats will take you across the lake if you want to avoid the traffic around the lake. Take a private boat trip and enjoy the lake as it should be seen, hike the hills north of Riva del garda, or the cable ride to the top of Monte Baldo. For children, a trip to one of the nearby theme parks such as Gardaland, one of the largest in Europe and Aqua Paradise water park, or a morning in San Sirmone would be a great adventure. The fortified fort and moat still stands, and while the town draws tourists from around the world, it is an interesting place to grab a gelato and a walk. For adults, you are surrounded by wonderful villages full of character. Golfing and horseback riding as well as the well known water sports are all nearby your villa.
