Across the courtyard directly from the main house, the barn has been converted into a gathering place and your own personal fitness center Use Swing workouts in the property annex to gain body tone and resilience. All Swing free-weights are filled with an iron granulate, which support the dynamic imbalance of the movement by shifting within the leather sack. Your hand's extra movements deliver varying exercise stimuli for your joints, muscles and connective tissue. The free weights tower's top features a tablet mounting, so you can watch the training videos easily on your IPad. Alternatively, you can use the included training book for training.
The TriaTrainer bench in a closed position serves as the perfect abs and core trainer. Unfold one side into first position and convert the chair into a semi-bench for working your back muscles and glutes. Opened into full extension the TriaTrainer can be used for all well-known bench workouts with or without free weights.
Wall bars are ideal for multi functional workouts. The upper bar foldout is perfect for chin-ups, pull-ups or hanging and swinging exercises. Enjoy simply moving your body but also specific stretching exercise. Working out on wall bars strengthens your core and back muscles and proves effective for treating back pain. Attach the MultiAdapter and hook in the CombiTrainer bench to turn the wall bars into a full-body multifunctional training station.
