"Dipinti" translates to paintings, and the owner of this remarkable oasis is an avid art collector. The villa walls adorn a wonderful collection of paintings and artwork as well as some of the furnishings and accents. For this reason, well behaved children are welcome.

VIlla Dipinta is in one of the most requested areas of Tuscany. Enjoy the thermal waters in San Casciano dei Bagni and Italy's most famous resort, Fonteverde, Trequenda's famous extra virgin olive oil, and the beautiful scenery along the roads to Sarteano, Torrita di Siena and Cetona, named one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy. Taste the Nobile wine of Montepulciano with the famous Chianina steak grown in this area and sold as the famous Bistecca in Florence. Take a stroll through the many medieval villages, go back 50,000 years and visit a reproduction of a Bronze Age village reproduced in an area at the base of Monte Cetona.

Villa Dipinta is a calm and tranquil place. An easy drive on a private gravel road leads to a spacious parking area. The villa sits on 3 acres of sprawling lawns, fragrant shrubbery and trees. The swimming pool is surrounded by olive groves on one side and lawns on the other and while 30 meters from the house still has excellent wifi reception for those of you who can't disconnect completely.

ACCOMMODATIONS

GROUND FLOOR
Enter across the lawn to the front door and into the foyer. To your left is the staircase to the bedrooms and straight ahead is a large spacious reception hall furnished with comfortable seating areas and a table. To your immediate left is an archway leading to the study / office and a guest bath with double sinks. Further on to the left are two archways leading to the double living rooms, one side furnished in black sofas the other in white. On the other side of the reception hall is the dining room and the professional kitchen with doors and windows leading out to a terrace.

FIRST FLOOR
The staircase in the foyer takes you up to the first floor landing. Here you have a large living area with black and leopard print sofas and chairs which all bedrooms lead off of. Straight ahead, on the far side of the living room is the Master Bedroom, a small landing above the bedroom includes a large Master Bath with double sinks, a rich hardwood floor with unique floor lighting, jacuzzi tub with shower. Steps down lead to the large bedroom with seating area and flat screen TV. An exterior door leads down to the garden and terraces. Across the room is a large walk in closet with hand crafted cabinets and shelves.
The other bedrooms centered around the upstairs living room include an ensuite Queen bedroom with loft bathroom with shower, Twin Bedroom ( beds cannot be joined ) with stone wall and en suite bathroom with shower, and two Queen bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms with showers.

GARDENS
The villa is set on over 2 acres of sprawling lawns, flowering shrubbery, and vineyard and 500 olive trees. The swimming pool is just 30 meters from the front door also having the same panoramic views from the villa. Tables and chairs as well as chaises surround the pool area, along with the BBQ. A small set of steps takes you down to the pool changing room which also has a small fridge as convenience while relaxing pool side. Beautiful terraces under canopies shade you from the sun while enjoying your outdoor meals.

GARAGE
It is possible to park two cars in the garage, and a short set of steps takes you to the kitchen door off the terrace. Additional parking is on the other side of the driveway, just 10 meters from the villa. The laundry room is located in a separate room in the garage.
