This historical house was built in 1741 and the current owners restored it to its grand old state. Completely private, the villa is reached by 165 steps from the coastal road followed by a small street. The villa is completely walled for privacy and you enter through a very large and very ancient restored wooden door.
The main door opens onto a lovely garden, full of orange and lemon trees, colorful flowers, grassy lawns and terraces. From the swimming pool and gardens you have a picturesque view of the beach of Positano. The swimming pool is 15 x 28 feet and 4 feet deep end to end. over 350 square meters of terraces offer quiet spaces to retreat with a good book or mediate.
Flowing with antique furniture and magnificent paintings worthy of any museum, the villa is inviting and comfortable. Antique Neapolitan tiles and mosaics dating back to the 1700s were used in the restoration, light colored walls, comfortable furnishings and modern conveniences blend to give you a vacation to remember.

ACCOMMODATIONS

GROUND FLOOR
Reached internally, this floor has 4 large Twin / King Bedrooms ( 160 cm ) all with en suite tiled bathrooms with showers and French doors leading out to terraces with garden sea views. The mosaic tiles in these bathrooms date back to the 1700's, handmade in Naples.

FIRST FLOOR
Entrance to the villa is from this floor, through a meticulous garden filled with orange and lemon trees and bursts of color from the many bougainvillea. Those same oranges will be picked and squeezed by your full time staff for tomorrow's breakfast. Cross the threshold into the beautifully tiled professional galley style kitchen. Your villa chef will be preparing your meals but feel free to assist. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room, with large alcove area with chairs and seating areas to relax, catch up on emails with the computer station. The Library has a collection of antique and new books and is a quiet area to relax and reflect. This floor has five guest bathrooms.

SECOND FLOOR
The staircase takes you up to the last four bedrooms, similar in decor the ground floor bedrooms, all Twin/ King beds ( 160 cm) with en suite baths and beautiful antique mosaic tiles. As with the ground floor, all bedrooms have antique wood French doors that lead out to a furnished terrace that runs the length of the villa.

MANSARDA ( ATTIC) Sleeps additional 8 guests
For an additional charge, there are four Twin/King Bedrooms with en suite bath with showers in the Mansarda. Each suite has two mirror image bedrooms with their own en suite baths and each suite shares a terrace overlooking the sea and gardens. Ideal for families or older children as you must cross through the first bedroom to enter the second bedroom in each suite
