The Palladian villa of Villa Barbaro, also known as Villa di Maser, designed and built (1549) by Andrea Palladio and frescoed by Renaissance painter Paolo Veronese. Wander the boutiques and local artisan shops in the centre of Asolo. The Asolan Hills and Mount Grappa offer the possibility of excursions on foot or horseback and routes of natural interest, as well wonderful cycle routes. Through the imposing entrance hall that is decorated with giant swords, the family's battle standard, armature and statues, you enter the villa (2000 Square Meters / 21,800 Square Feet).

(on the right of the entrance): A living room with fireplace and two white sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped designer kitchen with a traditional Venetian open fireplace. The kitchen opens up to a newly restored portico and has a view of the rose garden. From the dining room, a door opens into a laundry room equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. On the left of the entrance there is a room with an ancient wood table which gives access to a second living room.

FIRST FLOOR
Grand living room with fireplace, blue sofas, writing desk and chess table. On the left of the living room there are a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. Both bedrooms have original frescoes dating back to1823. On the right of the living room there are a TV room with flat screen TV (Sat), CD and DVD player, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and two separate showers, a double bedroom with en suite bath and separate shower. This bedroom gives access to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

The remaining empty buildings of the property, consists of the old stables and granaries where the silk production of the family's farms used to be dried. Two nice dogs live in the garden of the property.
