This elegant family villa is located on the shores of Lake Como and just eight kilometers from the magical village of Bellagio. A strategic position right on the lake offers up incredible views no matter where you are - the large and spacious living room and kitchen, the large outdoor terrace that is comfortably furnished or the swimming pool and gardens.
This ideal location, is Lake Front on the edge of a lovely hamlet and has easy access Bellagio known as the 'pearl of Lake Como' You have many ways to reach this charming village, besides a quick car ride. The public Ferry landing dock is within walking distance or take the owner's small motorboat or hike the four miles on the nearby Trianglo Lariano trails to enjoy memorable moments viewing the villages and villas on the shoreline.
The owners restored this 20th century villa after falling in love with it the moment they saw it. Restoration was centered around capturing the incredible views from both inside and outside the villa. The park like grounds, the pool and the outside living area terraces, even the gazebo and vine covered pergola were all placed based on the views and comfort of guests.
The interior boasts large picture windows and French doors offering plenty of natural light onto the clean modern design of the living spaces and offering beautiful and tranquil views on the lake.
The accommodations are spread across 3 floors, with a vast open plan living and dining space on the ground floor, along with a state-of-the-art kitchen, a regulation-sized billiards table and a large-screen satellite TV. The second floor has 2 twin and 3 double rooms, some with private terraces, while the third-floor penthouse apartment has its own living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double and a twin bedroom, a large bathroom and a private roof terrace.

While the villa has enough beds for 18 guests, the owners prefer to accept up to 16 guests, but please call us to discuss your accommodation needs.

ACCOMMODATIONS

A private driveway takes you directly from the main road into your own private park with spacious lawns that meet the lake's front, seating for contemplation, reading a book or just taking a nap.

GROUND FLOOR
Accessed directly from the main entrance with eight steps that lead you into the wide and very carefully refined open living area with billiard room and living area with comfortable armchairs, sofas around a working fireplace. From the dining room you can enjoy the most amazing lake views from the six French doors that give you access to the large terrace facing the lake, the ideal place to have meals during the warm summer days. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is fully equipped with all modern appliances to satisfy even the most discerning gourmet chef!

FIRST FLOOR
A staircase takes you up an easy set of twenty steps where you have a single bedroom and Double bedroom facing the lake and sharing an adjoining hall bath with shower. A double bedroom with en suite bath with shower, and another double bedroom and single bedroom sharing a hall bath with shower. Three of the bedrooms also have access to large outside terraces that are furnished with chairs and tables for relaxing in the quiet mornings.

THE PENTHOUSE – SECOND FLOOR
Another staircase with 20 steps leads you to an exclusive penthouse with many windows overlooking the lake and an extremely wide private terrace perfect for romantic dinners or to celebrate very special occasions in a unique setting. From the living room, you enter a suite, with bathroom with tub and shower, a small bedroom with a single bed and a queen size bedroom that leads out to the terrace. at the top of the stairs, is a study with a sofa bed that can sleep an additional person.

LOWER LEVEL
Here is a wine cellar, pre stocked with many bottles of Italian wine for the guests' convenience. A price list is posted and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay. Also on this level is the laundry room with a washing machine and ironing facilities. A Double Bedroom with hall bath with tub and wall mounted shower, ideal for teenagers or personal staff. A gym room with Tread mill, stationary bike, punch ball, weight machine as well as tennis table, Foosball. Guest bathroom with shower room completes this floor. Only five steps lead up out to the pool area. The swimming pool has views out onto the lake, as well as a nice pergola ideal for lunching poolside.

Villa sits on 5000 square meters of park like setting. Beautiful Terrace and lawns that reach to the waterfront, private swimming pool surrounded by pool deck with sun loungers and a large terrace with tables and chairs. Gated property with remote control, has on site parking for three cars
