This luxury Palace apartment building is in a great location, sitting in the midst of the Palatine Hill and the Circus Maximus, with the Colosseum, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Trastevere and the Spanish Steps all within walking distance. An evening stroll along the nearby Tiber River is a plus! You are close to the 2,000 year-old Arch of Giano. Every day you will find yourself walking past the nearby ruins of a medival prison that was built on the site of three ancient temples. Make sure to stop and take it all in, as the normal thing to do is just walk past. The numerous ancient ruins in this area will have you pinching yourself to make sure you are not dreaming! it is just a wonderful place to call home during your stay in Rome.
The Palace is located on a very small side street, offering up some peace and quiet, unusual in a bustling city such as Rome. Besides the courteous staff that will happily assist you with concierge services, booking restaurants, city tours, offering information about Rome during your entire stay, the Palace has a small coffee bar, a gym and a rooftop terrace that are open to all guests during their stay in the apartment.

We recommend you arrive at the apartment by way of the Palace's driver. Since the Palace is on a very small, charming cobblestone street, it offers a quiet spot in a rather noisy city. However, due to the 2,000 year-old arch at one end of the street and a set of stairs at the other end of the street, a taxi can only let you out at either end and you will have to walk one hundred meters to the front door. The Palace's car service can take you directly to the front door. |
