The sea and the beach 'La Praia' are just a five minute walk from your door. Take a boat to the nearby islands, swim in the azure waters, go scuba diving or simply relax in one of the seaside restaurants. Praiano's town center is only a ten minute walk from the apartment.

Large fully equipped professional kitchen, living room with Sat TV and Internet connection, Dining room with table to accommodate 8 guests, Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, Double bedroom with double sofa bed (ideal for children) and an en suite bathroom with tub and shower, and a hall bathroom with shower and washing machine. All rooms except for the living room open out onto the terrace where you have a large table to accommodate 12 guests, built in BBQ, and deck chairs. Beyond the terrace is the garden, on three levels

FIRST FLOOR
Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms, A double bedroom with en suite bath with tub and shower, and two double bedrooms with en suite baths with showers only (no tubs). All windows look out over the sea.

GARDENS
The gardens are on three levels, over 5,500 square feet. filled with flowers and Mediterranean trees and bushes. From the house a short 5 minute walk to the beach on a small pedestrian street with 80 steps leading down from the house. For those that choose not to take the steps, there is a flat path leading down to the beach in 20 minutes.
