A working wine estate in the Ambra valley between Siena, Arezzo and Florence, on the borders of the Chianti Classico district surrounded in a rural landscape with pastures, meadows and woodland. The estate consists of 100 hectars of land, 22 of which are Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malvasia and Trebbiano Tuscan vineyards. Five original stone buildings have been restored to offer you beautiful accommodations surrounded by scenic vineyards and the opportunity to enjoy a true Tuscan winery experience with the unspoiled land of the Ambra valley.

Each stone house offers complete independence and privacy. The interior of each home has been carefully restored with fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with TV area and fireplaces and all bedrooms with en suite baths. Each house has its own private garden area where the scents of rosemary, sage and blooming flowers fill the air. Sit and soak up the sounds of nature, the big blue sky and look out in the distance to scenes of vineyards, olive groves and further on meadows, woods, castles, hamlets and fortresses. The estate has a large swimming pool, tennis and courts and mountain bikes to ride through the picture postcard landscape. This is everything you dream of when you think of Tuscany.
Since this is a working vineyard, of course it is possible to book a guided tasting, visit the cellars and tour the vineyards. The owners love to show you how the wines are made and bottled and to enjoy their bouquets and flavors with you. There is also a farm shop where you can purchase a large range of wines produced on the estate as well as olive oil made from their own olive groves along with other typical Tuscan products made in the area.

ACCOMMODATIONS

GROUND FLOOR
A beautiful large glass door leads you into a spacious entrance hall on on to the spacious living room with three arches and vaulted terracotta brick ceilings. From the center of the livingroom you enter into the large open kitchen and exposed stone walls that was once the exterior wall leading out to a veranda and is now a beautiful dining room with the original exterior window now a unique pass through framing the living room.On the other side of the kitchen is a double bedroom with en suite bath. The kitchen, dining room and bedroom face a large terrace that runs along the side of the house and continues beyond to the private gazebo and barbecue area and again around the front of the house.

FIRST FLOOR
A staircase in the foyer takes you to the first floor. From the landing, you can turn left to a twin bedroom with en suite bath or right to the double bedroom with its own bathroom as well.

PRIVATE GARDEN
Lots of outdoor space in this 650 square meter (or 7,085 square feet) garden! The front of the house has lawns and shrubbery and a walkway to the side of the house where you have an expansive terrace with gazebo, barbecue and views!
