Ceramica is a restored hay barn and enjoys 360° panoramic views over the stunning Tuscan countryside. The original architectural details have been preserved and incorporated into a new, elegant and comfortable design. The barn has been restructured using traditional materials: local stone, exposed wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors, native ceramic pottery and decorations, giving a touch of simple elegance.

Surrounded by olive groves and cypress trees, Ceramicas location on the outskirts of Florence is well positioned for touring all of Tuscany. Florence, Pisa and Siena are easy day trips, as are the hill towns of the Chianti area.

GROUND FLOOR: Fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR LOFT: Spacious living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace.

OUTSIDE: Outside is the terrace, equipped with sun lounges, chairs and a table. Whether you want to work on your tan, enjoy a leisurely open air breakfast or a romantic dinner al fresco, the terrace is a wonderful place to savor the spectacular views. Two hundred meters from the cottage is the pool, complete with a Jacuzzi corner. The pool area is furnished with sun lounges, table and chairs. Surrounded by lawns and landscaped gardens, it is a lovely spot to swim and relax  and again enjoy the magnificent panorama.
