A unique estate that can accommodate 2 to 60 guests, will warmly greet you on arrival and amaze you with its architecture and park setting. Owned, loved, lived in and respected by the same family for more than 400 years, it took the owners many years to restore the house and courtyard apartments for their guests. The estate consists of the main villa and formal courtyard gardens ( lived in by the owners), the five bedroom house that was completed in 2007 and the 15 apartments surrounding the courtyard that were completed in May 2008.
Impressively situated amid a wonderful park with swimming pool and adjacent to six course holes of a championship golf club and just minutes to southern part of Lake Garda and the remarkable town of Sirmione  where Rocca Scaliegera, a fascinating medieval castle is built on its shores and extended out into the lake. It is a wonderful day trip for children and adults.
The architecture and layout of this estate tells of a wonderful history story. The main villa and breathtaking formal garden courtyard was built in the early 1600s and today is lived in by the descendents of the same family. In records dating back to 1780 it shows that a second courtyard was added and was surrounded by rustic houses. This second courtyard was used as dwellings for the large staff needed to take care of the property and today the painstaking restorations have created warm and inviting accommodations for travelers. The 5 bedroom house is on one corner of this large courtyard.
There is a private walking path the Golf Club where you can become a member during your stay and enjoy all the benefits including an18 hole course, the golf practice area, lessons at the Golf Academy which has its own separate 4 hole course, relax at the wellness spa or the large swimming pool. There are also 3 tennis clay tennis courts, 1 regulation soccer field and another smaller soccer field, meeting and conference rooms for those of you that must mix business with pleasure and a pizzeria and restaurant.
If golf is your main game, then you can play a different course every day! Six additional golf courses are within easy driving distance from the estate offer a variety of golf courses suitable to any kind of player.
There is much more to golf in this area, the shores of Lake Garda are spangled with small picturesque villages and unties the charm of the natural ambience and beautify of the landscape with testimonials of roman settlements, medieval fortresses and patrician villas. There is no shortage of fine music, theatrical performances and other shows of stage throughout Northern Italy. The region has been the center of live performances that date back to the Roman Empire, and today some of the same venues even remain in use. The Arena di Verona offers a full calendar of events that includes opera, and while the performances can be quite amazing, the venue is also worth taking it. Built almost 2,000 years ago this is not a ruin, but a functioning home for the summer opera season. Be sure to get their early, or better still buy your tickets in advance. This venue does not use modern amplification but instead relies on the solid acoustics of the structure. With its opera performances from throughout the ages youll almost feel like a true citizen of the empire while taking it in under the stars. Adjacent to the Vittoriale Musuem in the town of Maderno on Gardone Riviera on the southern coast of Lake Garda is the open-air theater  Teatro del Vittoriale , which is the home to various events throughout the summer including opera performances, classical music and jazz concerts and the Garda Film Festival.
Verona is just a half hour away, and the main highway continues east to Vicenza and Padua. The same thoroughfare runs into Brescia to the west, and further on Bergamo and Milano. In between are lovely little villages to explore and enjoy.

On the ground floor are a bright living room, a dining room with a table for 10, laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor are also a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a small room for an extra bed, and one guests / half bathroom.
First Floor
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with bathtub and one with shower.From this floor a staircase leads to the last two floors of the house, which are located in a very romantic tower.
Tower
On the first level of the tower there is one bathroom with bath tub with shower head. On the second level of the tower there is one double bedroom.

Outside Area
The outside area consists of the surrounding park, golf course and spectacular landscape views. Plenty of walking areas in the park and a swimming pool located below the courtyard shared by all of the guests.
