When you look up unique in the dictionary, you will find a picture of Due Laghi! This is truly a unique property; your very own private estate or we should say resort, within another estate! You have full time concierge services while still ensuring your privacy during your stay. It is perfect for large gatherings, be they weddings, family get togethers or buisness meetings.
A long private entrance through a wrought iron gate takes you to this little hideaway nestled on the slope of a scenic hillside in central Tuscany. Consisting of eight small villas, each with their own kitchens, living/dining rooms and private terraces there is also a communal hall where every one can gather for meals or just to relax, read a book, or take a massage in the villa's exclusive spa. This communal hall, also called The Pavilion by the staff, is a large amphitheater-style semi-circular glass fronted building that opens out to a circular and columned piazza that can accommodate up to 500 guests. This piazza has been used for weddings, family reunions, corporate functions and even concerts. The Pavilion houses a professional kitchen (for staff only), dining room and living room that will easily accommodate your entire group. On request, and for an additional price, you can have full access to the full size private spa and spa staff. Between the Piazza and The Pavillion and Villettes is a walkway where steps sweep down leading you to a beautiful 70 foot by 22 foot swimming pool with built in Jacuzzi (neither are heated)but are very comfortable from June through September. The pool terrace is furnished with high quality sun beds, chairs, tables and umbrellas and has spectacular views of the two interlocking lakes and unobstructed views of the sweeping Tuscan countryside.

Due Laghi consists of 8 villettes nestled together to form a little village but all securing your privacy and with a private terrace and/or Mediterranean garden and lake and/or breathtaking country hillside views. All villettes have fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, and all are fully air conditioning in all rooms except bathrooms. The prices include heating, wireless internet, Two of the villettes are handicap accessible.

The Pavilion
This building is used as the gathering place - a large amphitheater style semi circular glass fronted building houses the professional kitchen (for use of the staff only), a large dining room that seats up to forty guests and a large living room with a spacious and open floor plan to seat thirty-two guests comfortably. The entire front of the building has large glass panels and doors, offering spectacular views of the large, circular piazza. We can't call it a terrace; it is just too big! It looks more like a piazza found in most small towns. This piazza has circular columns that give it an elegant flair. We've hosted elegant weddings here as well as concerts that can seat over 500 people. From this piazza, an easy walk takes you to the 70 x 22 foot swimming pool surrounded by chaise lounges, tables and umbrellas with views of the interconnecting lakes and the spectacular Tuscany countryside.
The Pavilion also houses a professional spa with wet and dry saunas, massage rooms and more. It can be rented, along with masseuses and therapists, at an additional charge.
