Villa Vignette is located on top of a small hill with spectacular 360 degree views of the Tuscan countryside. Located just twelve miles from the tower town of San Gimignano, it is situated in a very centralized area of Tuscany within a thirry mile radius of Florence, Siena and Pisa.
This private villa sits among 2,500 acres of land shared with two other villas and a restored school house. All of the villas are private but can be rented together if needed for a very large group.
This little bit of heaven located on a hilltop consists of the main villa with six private suites that have one or two bedrooms, baths, fully equipped kitchens with stoves, double ovens, grill and dishwasher, dining area and living rooms with fireplaces.
The air conditioned communal building faces the pool and is a warm and welcoming restored large barn that is the central area for all your guests. It consists of a large and spacious dining and living room with an even larger fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, gas range, grill and dishwasher, large open fireplace, guest bathroom. Right outside the kitchen is a large double barbecue grill, work area and roasting pit.
The large mosaic~tiled infinity swimming pool has a Jacuzzi at one end and Roman steps at the other. It is surrounded by a marble and terracotta paved terrace furnished with cushioned wrought iron pool and garden furniture with a lovely rose garden on one side while a large well manicured lawn is on the other. The pool is 1.5 meters deep from one end to the other and with the large lawn makes it an idea area for children to play while the adults sit under the wood beamed fully furnished veranda with terracotta floor, sipping their wine and watching the sun change the colors of the rolling hills.
Terracotta walkways wind around the massive gardens that include vast spaces of lawns, Mediterranean shrubs and bushes, perfumed rose, lavender and herb borders. The evenings are especially beautiful as the pool, veranda, garden and walkways are illuminated from small ground lights giving you one of the largest outdoor living rooms you will find.

Villa Vignette is beautifully furnished in warm color-washed Tuscan hues with luxury coordinated fabrics, elegant Tuscan country style and restored antique furnishings. The owners have paid particular attention to every detail. The bathrooms all have terracotta floors, tiled walls with wood and porcelain vanities. You will find luxury lamps of wrought iron, glass and terracotta throughout.
This property consists of a villa and the communal building. All suites have their own kitchen, living and dining areas along with the bedrooms and baths. All rooms, including the Communal House, are air conditioned.
