This cozy house is located just above the quiet fishing village of Praiano, and you can reach Praiano by walking along a footpath from which you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Marea is also just a few kilometers from Positano, one of the Amalfi Coasts most famous towns.
Inside the house you have an ideal apartment for two couples or a small family, the bedrooms and living area are spacious and it has two splendid terraces, one with panoramic sea views and the other with a garden terrace planted with olives and wisteria - excellent for barbecues and al fresco dining. The apartment is elegantly decorated with a marine theme, giving you an authentic feeling of being at the seaside and is an excellent choice for small families and/or couples that are looking for peace and tranquility. Nevertheless, it is only a short distance from the local shops along a footpath of 800 meters which has 100 steps, well worth the exercise!
Porterage service for luggage is included in the rental price. All rooms have air conditioning.

Access to the house is through a small courtyard, from which a door opens to a small hallway. To the left is a double bedroom with French windows to the panoramic terrace. On the right is a master bedroom with a sitting room and en suite bathroom with large shower, followed by another double bedroom. Further on from the hallway there is a spacious living area.. To the right sits a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge. To the left the sitting area with French windows leads you to a furnished terrace which has a magnificent view over the coast and beach below. A second bathroom is situated next to the eat-in kitchen and has a large shower. To the rear of the living area there is another French doors opening onto garden terrace with a barbecue area. A flight of stairs from here leads to the roof area where you can enjoy more incredible views!
