Spello sits on the southern slope of Mount Subasio and offers visitors a peek back in time. This pretty town is composed of pink and white stone buildings and decorated with colorful flowerpots. The original medieval pavings are on many of the quiet narrow streets throughout the town. Late May, Spello holds their annual festival, Infiorata, when artists carpet the streets with flowers recreating famous masterpieces.
This recently restored medieval townhouse used to be a home with two cantinas or cellars where the family made olive oil and wine. Now it has been converted into four apartments that feature stone walls in warm shades of pink and brown. The third apartment, dell'Arce is a warm and welcoming place to stay while enjoying Spello and exploring the nearby hill towns of Assisi and Spoleto. Combine with UM37 Sisto to accommodate an additional two guests.

Enter from the garden into the living room, a dining room with long wooden table and benches and a fully equipped kitchen with hand painted ceramics from Deruta. Upstairs, the double/twin bedroom is in a glass enclosed loft (with draperies for privacy) above the living room and has a bathroom with shower.
