The Terrace Apartment is located in The Castle's Hamlet, tucked among 750 acres of woods, vineyards and centuries old olive trees, on one of the largest private family owned estates in Chianti. The little hamlet, once the village for peasants and estate workers for the magnificent medieval style castle that lies in front of it, has been beautifully restored into eleven large and nicely appointed apartments.
Each of the apartments has one or two bedrooms, a small kitchen and a private terrace for dining al fresco. Many of the apartments are on two floors, with large walk in closets and open fireplaces. The larger apartments sleeping six have dishwashers. All have telephones, satellite TVs and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
The spacious gardens include the large 66 foot x 26 foot swimming pool which is surrounded by outdoor furniture and pergolas. From the pool you have an expansive view of the vineyards, olive groves and natural woodlands besides the small medieval villages tucked into the landscape.
The hamlet has its own restaurant serving fine Tuscan meals in the evening. The location is ideal, situated near many beautiful villages and hilltowns of Tuscany and Umbria and the owners who live in the nearby castle are there to make sure you want for nothing!

Stairs lead to entrance of The Terrace Apartment. The door opens to the large living/dining room with fireplace and another sitting room that leads to the large terrace facing the castle. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped. Ttwo double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower are also on this floor.

FIRST FLOOR
On the second floor is another living room with fireplace, a double bedroom in the mansard and a bathroom with shower.
