You are surrounded only by olive trees, fields and the sounds of nature yet are only a five minute walk to a romantic village with an ancient castle. While the town is quite intimate, it has all the necessities that you need to settle in for a long stay, including a coffee bar, two truffle and wine bars, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, bank and characteristic shops such as a butcher and baker, a gourmet restaurant along with weekly markets and a Tartuffo museum. A recent article in THE NEW YORK TIMES featured this town and museum and has brought tourists to this sleepy town, but your road to the house meanders through a small wooded forest and opens up to your home situated within olive trees and meadows for complete privacy should you desire it.
You have many things to do in this area, exploring the small villages of Montisi, Asciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Quirico d'Orcia, Buonconvento, Bagno Vignoni or easy day trips to Siena, Lake Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia, Florence, San Gimignano, Bormarzo, Mount Amiata or the Maremma.

APARTMENT 1: 200 square meters ~ sleeps 6 + 2
Ground Floor: A doorway from the terrace opens up to a beautiful living room with upholstered sofa bed that can sleep an additional two guests. A large kitchen and dining area is off of the living room, and a guest bath concealed behind a trompe loeil door in the living room. Connection to the second apartment is through the living room.
First Floor: There is a second large living room with two sofas centered around the fireplace, two double bedrooms with en suite baths, a twin bed room and a bathroom in the hallway.

APARTMENT 2: 120 square meters ~ sleeps 4
Ground Floor: Enter the beautiful doorway to a spacious living room with fireplace and on to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Beyond the back door is a small terrace. An ancient travertine stone staircase leads you to the first floor. There is a doorway from the kitchen that leads to the other apartment.
First Floor: At the top of the staircase you find a beautiful double bedroom, twin bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. A door in the hallway leads to the other apartment.

Pool House: Located in the front of the pool, to the side of the house is another outdoor living area that includes a loggia with a large table that can accommodate twelve guests. Inside the pool house is a small room with a single sofa bed, a small bathroom with shower and a very small kitchen with small refrigerator.
Garden: Sprawling lawn in front of the house is scattered with pomegranate and olive trees and expansive views of the classic rolling landscape that is known as Le Crete.
