Located between two of the famous seven hills of Rome, the Capitoline and Palatine hills, it is ideal for those of you who enjoy the archeological treasures of ancient Rome. With the Colosseum north and the bohemian district of Trastevere to the east, you are within walking distance of many of the famous sites of Rome.
Located near the Piazza del Campidoglio, this spacious penthouse apartment will accommodate ten guests with ease. The rooms are on the second and third floor and are light and airy with parquet floors and a mixture of antique and modern furniture. The spacious terrace is large enough for dining al fresco or simply enjoying the wonderful views. Campidoglio is a welcome oasis after a day in the bustling city.

SECOND FLOOR
The foyer with large mirror and built in wardrobe closet leads to the well equipped kitchen with beautiful hand painted blue and white tiles indicative of Vietri, on the Amalfi coast, where they were made. This fully equipped kitchen has built in cabinets, a double stainless steel sink and a built in kitchen table on the window side along with a glass door leading to a small balcony. The spacious, twenty-five square meter living room has comfortable sofas and chairs, with an entertainment unit, cast iron fireplace and open stairs to the third floor and terrace. On the other end of the apartment are three bedrooms, a double bedroom with two walk-in closets and en suite bathroom with shower and two twin/double bedrooms. There are also two additional bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub with hand held shower, both furnished with Vietri tiles and heated towel racks.
MEZZANINE FLOOR
The staircase leads up to the third floor, past the mezzanine where there is a laundry room with washer and dryer is on a mezzanine level.
THIRD FLOOR
The upper floor has a double bedroom and a double/twin bedroom. Doors lead out to the large 150 square meter terrace of Santa Fiore natural stone flooring, with a small kitchenette covered by a pergola. There are chaise lounges, easy chairs and a table with umbrella that seats ten for dining under the stars, all surrounded by terra cotta pots filled with climbing plants and flowering bushes and spectacular views of Rome and the Forum.
