This apartment is on two floors: The elevator will take you to the fifth floor where you have access to the bedroom or from the fifth floor you can take the staircase to the sixth floor where you enter the living room.
FIFTH FLOOR:
Entrance off the elevator takes you to the master bedroom, a spacious and comfortable bedroom with en suite bath with tub and French doors leading out to a balcony and small balcony. You can reach the sixth floor by either the internal spiral staircase in the bedroom, or from the outside hallway, off of the elevator, a staircase leads you up 10 steps into the entrance foyer and a living/dining room.
SIXTH FLOOR:
A large living /dining room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Past the living room is a cozy sitting room with two sofax and a double sofa bed. This area can be closed off with curtains allowing for an additional sleeping space.
TERRACES The lower terrace is located off of the living room and has a shaded area with table and chairs for dining alfresco. There are a set of steps leading up to a roof top terrace with pretty views of Rome.
