The main villa has a wall of French doors that lead in from the south facing paved terraces to the sunny ground floor living rooms with typical Tuscan brick arches, fireplace and dining area. The large professional country kitchen with fabulous central work top area is equipped with stylish Italian fixtures and fittings. The bedrooms, each with own shower room with marble fittings are all decorated in rich Tuscan country style with coordinating fabrics inspired by the Four Seasons in Tuscany. Gentle steps and walkways lead down from the property to the mosaic tiled infinity pool with hydro massage area and terracotta paved solarium furnished with ample wrought iron and teak sun beds. Adjacent to the pool there is a southwestern-facing pool loggia equipped for dinning and relaxing and a barbeque area. The views from the gardens and pool of the countryside are simply magnificent. A majority of the gardens, all with lavender, cypresses, rosemary and other aromatic shrubs, are laid out to spacious flat lawns with ample space for energetic little ones to let off steam and play games!
The views are simply spectacular with an idyllic 360 degree panorama of olive groves, woodland, cypresses, cornfields, lakes and distant villages.

large double dining / area that has a dining room tablbe that seats 26, smaller table to seat 8 and a round table to seat 4, living area has upholstered sofas and easy chairs. These rooms can handle up to 60 guests for events when furniture is moved to the side of the room. The main kitchen has a professional 6 burner gas stove, electric oven and is large enough to cater for the entire 29 guests and also used for large parties.
Three bedrooms on this floor: 1 King can convert to two singles, with en-suite shower room, 1 single with private shower room, 1 twin bedroom ( cannot be combined) with en-suite shower room.
First Floor
via an nternal staircase): 2 doubles with en-suite shower rooms, 1 twin with en-suite shower room, 1 single with en-suite shower room.

POOL VIEW SIDE
attached to the main villa, it does not have an internal access, but reached by exterior doors from the southern side of the house.
