The owner has created a spectacular outdoor living room with table, chairs and chaises, orange and olive trees and terracotta pots brimming with colorful flowers. A large retractable electric awning covers the patio at the mere click of a switch when shade is needed from the summer sun. You will have a hard time tearing yourself away from this outdoor room, but if you do want to eat inside, the formal dining room with beautiful wood and glass pocket doors is adjacent to the living room and next to the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, making it hard to venture out to one of Rome's many excellent restaurants!
The master bedroom is located in the back of the apartment with a firm comfortable king sized bed, color TV and a charming French balcony that looks over a beautiful interior courtyard with palm trees, color washed buildings and cascades of colorful flowers. A marble master bathroom right outside the bedroom door has a whilrpool tub with wall mounted hand held shower.
Down the hallway, past the dining room in the front of the apartment is a twin bedroom with a terrace door that opens to the side of the main terrace. Its own bathroom is bright and cheery with green and white tiles and has a large bathrub with hand held shower.
At the end of the hallway is a very cozy, single bedroom. This room is very special. It has two sets of French doors; one opens out to the garden terrace and the other opens onto a French balcony that runs along the twin bedroom. This room has an en suite bathroom with yellow and white tiles and a large shower.
