This estate is in a borgo-type setting which consists of the villa with attached wings and sleeps twenty-five guests, along with a smaller stone guest house with three bedroom suites accommodating another six guests. If you need more space, it is possible to rent the owner's apartment for an additional four guests bringing the total to 35.

Completely private, it sits on a hilltop surrounded by 28 acres of beautiful gardens including a swimming pool, croquet lawn, tennis court, gardens, fully furnished terrace with retractable awnings that can accomodate 36 guests, a large pergola and hidden car park.
Dating back to the early 1400's, additional buildings were added to the main one in the 18th and 19th centuries and more recently in 1997, resulting in one of the most magnificent borgos ever created. The cluster of buildings centers on an original stone-paved courtyard.
Ideally located between Siena and Florence,this private Tuscan villa is the finest property we've come across. It is rare to find a villa of this size with such high standards. Fully air conditioned, elegantly appointed throughout, extensive grounds that include a tennis court, swimming pool, croquet lawn, sauna and large terraces, it effortlessly handles large groups and is ideal for weddings, family reunions and business meetings.
Everything you will need can be organized once you are here, from customized excursions such as sightseeing, wine tastings and escorted shopping to magnificent dinners with the owner's extensive wine list, high~speed boats and transfers to and from the airports. They can even arrange a fireworks display.

Ground Floor
The very spacious living room with archways and walls of local stone is comfortably furnished with a mixture of upholstery and antique furnishings, throw rugs and oil paintings.
Three dining rooms with magnificent vaulted ceilings open into each other so you can dine comfortably in small or large groups. A wall of glass doors face the large terrace with awnings and tables and chairs to accommodate thirty-one guests.
The large professional kitchen is requires the house chef to prepare your lunch and/or dinner, but it is possible to prepare your own cold snacks and beverages.
Past the dining room there is a spacious double bedroom suite with bathroom with tub with wall mounted shower. This bedroom also has its own private entrance from the gardens. Another bathroom is located on this floor.
