A mere ten minutes is all it takes to walk to the wide sandy beach and Golf Club, riding stables and tennis courts that are all convenieintly nearby. During the day, the Punta Ala Marina is a lively, colofrul place with the comings and goings of boats and pleasure crafts. ACCOMMODATIONS
You enter the house through a shaded pergola. The entrance hall leads to a spacious double living room with large French doors that lead out to the front terrace and gardens that overlook the bay. The dining room has a fine round table that seats eight. From the dining room a door opens onto a corridor leading to a single room and then a small bathroom, and then to the kitchen with large windows that looks out to the garden and at the same time brings in plenty of light to give the room a very airy feeling. The sleeping area is floored with parquet that starts at the entrance hall, continues through a corridor that leads down to the rooms where you have a double bedroom followed by a bathroom with shower, a second double bedroom and twin bedroom with their own bathrooms and a single bedroom.
